Hello. I would like to hear your comments on how we can better appreciate/recognize and thank those who take care of those with ID (Intellectual Disabilities) and the elderly in Nursing Homes. What are the needs of Direct Care Professionals, clinicians to motivate them to do their jobs even better and thank them for it.
